Besides being a distributor of high quality ESD products, cleanroom consumable, and cleanroom equipment, InterWorld® manufactures several cleanroom and ESD control products itself, all the products manufactured by InterWorld® are guaranteed to meet international standards related to ESD and cleanroom for functional criteria and compliance to InterWorld®’s product specifications.  Our products have lot/batch numbers clearly marked with lot-to-lot traceability at the factory.This commitment to our product quality is an industry-first for disposable supplies. Products manufactured for InterWorld® are source inspected at the manufacturing locations to meet QC criteria. On-going quality assurance program has been installed to ensure that products manufactured are consistent with InterWorld®’s QC goals. This ensures that InterWorld® Group’s quality management system supports the whole business process in the long run from receiving a purchase order to delivering products to our clients, the whole quality system has been developed based on ISO 9001 Standard. In July 2000, InterWorld (Suzhou) Cleanroom Products Co.,Ltd, our manufacturing plant in China, received the "CQC Quality System Certificate" Certification Standard : ISO9002:1994.Our manufacturing plant in Malaysia was also ISO-9001 certified in July 2003. In summary, InterWorld® Group will ensure that we supply high quality products with low prices and deliver to customers on time.

  Information is the important input of improving everything.  InterWorld® can provide effective reports for the clients when requested.The clients with EAGLES account can have value-added reports such as spending analysis by item or by month, usage, spend, and savings summary, Key Performance Indicators, etc. These reports can help clients continuously improve their business without having to spend a lot of time collecting data.
